Ok, what do we learn from sis little story?
Don’t expect anybody to care for things he is not paid for.
Especially not if he will lose his job if he does.
Even not if it makes obviously no sense what he does.
Presumably he‘s not even aware that it makes no sense what he‘s doing.
If you care for these things make sure it is your job 🙂
